I found these on the biggest loser calendar, they were so good I thought I'd share them with you...
1. always eat breakfast
2. eat fruits and or veggies at each meal and snack
3.eat lean protein with each meal and snack
4. be physically active as much as possible
5. plan meals, snack and your exercise....
seems simple but it works.... and they also say keep a journal..that is a huge keep to your success...
I have to say I do all 5 of these and it has worked for me,
