Pre Day 1 and Terrified

Tomorrow I start my diet (Whoops, guess I mean "life change") and I am a little nervous (Petrified would be a better word). I need to get my life on the right track or soon I will be hard of breath while waddling to the freezer to get that fourth helping of ice cream and nuke a personal pizza. . .

What am I going to do to stop this horribly discusting future from happening? I am going to go about the normall diet ("life change"). I am going to have a food journal, work out more, and write on this website every day about how my wonderful journey of weight loss is going. I am sure it will be filled with unicorns, flowers, and lollipops. . . wait I mean broccolli!

My Past: I used to be in shape. I used to be thin. emoticon
My Present: I am far from in shape. I am far from thin. emoticon
