Happy Hump Day

Wednesday, May 05, 2010

Yay, Wednesday finally! This evening I have finals, then no school for 3 weeks! I am so excited to be able to enjoy this time off. I am ready for Vegas, and ready for Bonnaroo. All in all, I am just ready for the summer to be under way.

I have had a pretty good week thus far. Did the barbell complex workout on Monday that kicked my butt. By the end I could hardly move the barbell back to the bench it belonged on. Then last night I did the Krank cycle class. I always feel like I have burned my day's worth of calories in spin classes. While it was hard, I plan on doing it every Tuesday this month. As long as I keep my body guessing, the weight should keep coming off. I think I am going to have a pretty good loss this week, I peeked on Sunday and I liked what I saw. We shall see tomorrow morning. I am hoping to get below 130, but I will not be disappointed if I don't.

I am going to have to get my recipe in either Friday night or Saturday to get it done for the week. Tomorrow me and the boyfriend are going out for a classy dinner to celebrate that today is our 3 year anniversary. :) And I still love him, who woulda thought?

Thanks for bearing through the rambling, enjoy your hump day!
