Week One Over - Courage?

Week one is down and lost a teeny tiny bit of weight. Admittedly, I wasn't real diligent the latter part of the week with diet, and I have not yet incorporated exercise due to my crazy work schedule. Hmmmm contemplating the packets of MediFast in my kitchen at home. In my head, I feel that I could use them to lose the first 30, and then go to a balanced diet with exercise after. But my friend MediFast has let me down before. He is great out of the gate and I lost quite a bit with him last time. The minute I let him go - - the weight comes back.
This will be a crazy week at work, so diet is almost non-existent. My department is spending the week "team building" with planned lunches and executive dinners. I believe this would be better titled "forced fun". I need to have the courage to change, and stick with it to find the answers.
