Day 126 - Year 2010

(Over on Calories & Carbs… that kind of day)
I did a Lot of Strength Exercises today:
20 Dumbbell Side Bends; 10 Hip Flexor & Extension; 10 Dumbbell Squats; 20 Close-wall Pushups (This was hard, 13 is getting tough, 15 was pushing it and I wanted to see if I could push it to 20 & I DID!); 20 Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curls; 5 Lying Single-Leg Raises; 10 Dumbbell Lateral Raises; 10 Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extensions.
Had a much better today, not as tired and dragging as I had been for a few days.
Had a Census crew meeting @ 9AM. Since I finished my book, I guess I’m done till I get more to do. It’s just not like it was 10 yrs ago, hey, what is? Tried for an office position but they only had 12 Midnight till 8:30 AM. There is NO WAY I can stay awake those hours and don’t want to set my body in a tizzy. I had wanted 3-11 (I could do that) but they were all filled. So for now, I’m still in the field. I would have to work 40 hours in the office, but I would make more than in the field, because we are guaranteed 40 hours. Now we are cut back to 20 hours a week, other teams working 40. Don’t get me started
Also, if we finish our books, which I have we can’t have a 2nd one until everyone else finishes their books. Go Figure~!
I realized today that I have been making poor choices. I also realized that the control was MINE, ALL MINE~
I am really working on roping in my feelings, calories and excuses.
