Feeling Much Better

Soooo glad I went to spin class last night, it made me get out of my slump and back into the groove. It is crazy how taking ONE extra day off from working out can seriously bother me and my mood. I wonder how it is going to work once I hit maintenance and I don't need to be pushing myself 6 days per week! I think I am just going to have to up my calories instead of lowering my activity, I really rely upon it to keep my head on straight.

I walked back to my boyfriend's after the spin class, and then went to hang out with my cousin Sam. Good evening, nice and peaceful. Watched Biggest Loser. I have never watched it before, so I have to say watching one of the last episodes was crazy. Those people are losing PEOPLE! Wow.. One guy lost 204 pounds in 17 weeks! Can that even be healthy??

Anyway, happy hump day everyone! I am going to do a lifting circuit today, perhaps followed by Hot Yoga if Gwen is going to be there. They turn the heat up, I'm not sure how high, and you sweat like crazy while doing yoga.. Should be interesting.

    Working out does do many things besides the obvious! Hope hot yoga is fun for you! (I've heard of it, but have never known anyone that does it)

    Hot Yoga sounds interesting! I do a Body Flow class that seems to be in a room that doesn't have air conditioning.........I love doing that class because I sweat so much! It makes me feel like I get an awesome workout!
