First 5 lbs. gone!! Woohoo!!

Well I am down the first 5, now on to getting rid of the next 5. I figure if I go for little 5 lb. goals it will not be so overwhelming to do. I am excited and never want to see those 5 lbs. again. Bye Bye!! Have been tracking food everyday and exercising to burn off at least the 900 calories in my personal goal. Usually go a little over, so the extra burn is good for me.
