I FINALLY DID IT..

EXERCISE THAT IS :0) I WOKE UP EARLY ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY GET MY BUTT MOVING AND LET ME TELL YOU, IT WAS HARDER THAN I THOUGHT, SURE IT LOOKS EASY ON THOSE BIGGEST LOSER DVDS, BUT WOW, WHEN YOU ARE ACTUALLY DOING IT, IT'S HARD FOR SOMEBODY LIKE ME WHO HAS NEVER REALLY EXERCISED AT ALL IN HER LIFE LOL.

WELL, I GOT ABOUT AN HOUR IN TODAY AND WELL THAT JUST TELLS ME THAT IM GOING TO HAVE TO STEP UP MY GAME AND WORK UP THAT ENDURANCE TO BE ABLE TO DO 3 HOURS A DAY, BUT ILL MAKE IT!!

I CAN TELL YOU THAT I WAS HUFFING AND PUFFING FOR AIR, AND THE SWEAT WAS COMING OFF ME, LOL, BUT I ACTUALLY LIKED WORKING OUT, ITS KINDA FUN :0)

    I'm just like you!!! I have to drag myself out of bed to get to work on time; I'm not sure I can also add in exercise (a few weeks ago I would have laughed at the mere thought of it!. I think I got in one or two mornings so far ... but you've inspired me. I am giving myself a mini-goal to get my derriere out of bed in the AM and do some exercising ... THANKS!!!

    BTW, I usually exercise at night ... and I get all energized; so doing it in the morning actually makes sense!!! Did you feel better today? emoticon
