My eating was UNDER CONTROL today~!
I did a Lot of Strength Exercises today:
20 Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curls; 15 Seated Dumbbell Triceps Extensions; 10 Dumbbell Lateral Raises; 10 Lying Single-Leg Raises; 15 Close-Arm Wall Pushups
Also did 1 hour of gardening, pulling weeds and planting flowers.
Then did 1 hour of constructing an arbor for my grape vines to crawl up. That is not done yet. Got to feeling sick while doing it. Maybe did too much. I got the wood from the lumber yard, cut it and got both sides of the arbor attached to the raised garden. Then I started to put up the netting, but had to stop. Will try to finish tomorrow or this weekend. It’s looking good~!
Also walked a bit over a mile.
Had a Census crew meeting @ 9AM. I was supposed to get a book from a girl that quit due to getting a full time job elsewhere, but that didn’t happen. She finished the book. Now they are limiting us to 20 hours a week. Other groups in the area, are getting 40 hours a week (sure sound like discrimination to me?).
