I've been in a funk for a few weeks due to life just being life.I have to weigh in tomorrow and don't know what to expect,but I managed to drop some weight today by ridding myself of items
of jewelry,clothing and home accessories that I have n't used or no longer have any use for.
I have discovered that holding on to things that don't serve me simply enslaves me by requirng my energy to figure out when and how I may have use for the article .
I'd rather have the money that I spent on this "stuff" ,but in order for that to be the case I'd have to have had the financial wisdom and self-realization that I "ve learned.
Whoever said hind sight is twenty-twenty said a mouth full.
Although,I've had some challenges these last few weeks I have managed to get in fitness minutes .On one team I pledged 1,543 fitness minutes for May.As of today I have 1,109" to go which is a long way to go ,but not impossible to accomplish.
