Hmmmm....so when I'm active on Spark I lose weight, and when I'm not active on it I gain weight. I think I've got something here!!!
Okay, I know my activity on spark people is a huge factor in my weightloss because when I'm on spark I'm accountable to myself for the things I do and don't do, and when I'm not on spark I make excuses and get lazy.
Right now I've gained more weight than I'm happy with, I crossed over the 200 mark, and I'm not pregnant this time around! I'm on a day shift, the baby is older and less fussy and I have a toddler who keeps me pretty active...I should have NO EXCUSES!!
I'm planning on getting onto spark more often, I've been drinking more water the past few weeks, however I discovered I drink more water at work than I do at home so I'm going to have to figure out how to fix that little snafu. I'm going to take inventory of the pantry and figure out what meals I have. If they are fattening, I'm going to figure out what I can add to increase the amount it makes with healthy veggies, then I think it will have more fiber and less fat per serving, and my husband can just suffer with leftovers a bit longer :) I also plan to do something active every day. So far today I did a bit of dancing around the house, I'll do some more of that! Last night we took a family walk in the park and went geocaching. I had to do a bit of bushwhacking through some tall grass, that made for a pretty good work out! I need to build the momentum back up for a healthy lifestyle and I think I'm good to go!
