I'm still in 2nd place for my weight loss challenge. First place actually lost 2% body weight in one week. I really have to step my game up. It would be nice if I had a 24/7 gym. I may have to quit the Y for something that can fit my schedule. Overall, I'm doing great but it's just not enough. emoticon

    Second place in a weight loss challenge is pretty good! Don't let the short-term prize take over as your main motivation. You want to make some habits that won't go away in 10 weeks. And you want to lose weight that won't be coming back the day after the contest is over.
