Another Lovely Monday

This morning was supposed to be my first AM workout at work. I have evening commitments Mondays and Wednesdays that make it where I have to leave work an hour early and now am doing morning workouts instead. Although I fell asleep around 9, I could NOT get myself out of bed at 500 this morning to workout. I am going to have to start staying at my house the night previous, it is much easier to get up out of my bed than it is Bruce's UBER comfortable bed with his warm body next to mine. :)

Weighed myself yesterday (I pushed it back this week because of TOM) and I was at 126.8! Yay. And I had already eaten some for the day, so it was exciting. I have now lost more than 20 pounds! Wow, what a feeling. Since I slept in pretty late yesterday and went to bed early (I was seriously up about 9 hours yesterday haha), even with the ice cream cone and cookie I ate, I was well within my calorie range. I even got a little workout, hehe....

But here is Monday again, and I need to get some work done. I can't lie, with ALL of the bosses in the entire office gone last week, there were some days I could have been more productive than I was.

Just over a week til Vegas!! Woot Woot!! :) Hope everyone is recovered from the weekend.

    Hey girl, good job! I hear you about the am workouts...they're best but i can't seem to do it, either. Hence why I like to take advantage of taking time off work to do them! :)

    The biggest improvement I've made this time in my path toward weight loss is forgiving myself when I slip up. If I overeat or drink one day, I just get up the next day and push myself 110% so that I can recover. I also have FINALLY gotten to the point where I am not constantly weighing myself!

    Getting up in the morning is always such a struggle, especially when the bed is comfy! Good luck with that! I definitely applaud your effort though!

    CONGRATS! on the 20 lb loss so far, you're doing amazing! Keep up the great work!!
