Day 132 - Year 2010

Other exercise today:
10 Lying single leg raises; 20 Shoulder shrugs w/weights; 20 Alternating dumbbell bicep curls.
Had a much better day today, eating wise. Was still a bit tired. Not sleeping well at night. I sleep but wake up a lot. Most times go back to sleep, but being interrupted leaves you tired.
Went to my daughter’s for dinner. She made a pot roast, mashed potatoes and string beans. They had cheesecake for dessert. I was glad I saved calories for dinner. I would have been ok, but I had oatmeal, yogurt, raisins & almonds for my bedtime snack and went over by about 300 calories. Bummer, but I’m still pleased with my day and most of my choices. Much better than recently. I can live with that.
I’m calling it a day. Getting to be early again.
