Woke up yesterday morning to the muscles in my right arm being frozen for no reason whatsoever. It is still really sore this morning, I use a heating blanket at night even though it's warm at night here in Houston. I use it mainly to warm my muscles and keep them from freezing and knotting up at night.
I also think I may have found an old high school friend that I have not seen in 13 years, I believe she works at the hospital that I go to get my physical therapy so after PT today, I'm going to go find out, PLUS I need a new physical therapist anyway and there are 2 others in her office besides her. So I'm excited, I believe it is her, she always told me she was going to med school so...I hope I'm not let down. I'll keep you updated.

Haven't gotten to find out yet as the dr's office where my friend POSSIBLY works has either been closed or out to lunch when I go down to find out. And I can't really call and say hey " I want to ask about Dr Choudhri, did she go by the nickname ROBO BEEN in high school??" Yes that was MY nickname for her in high school and we always had the best giggles about it too. So I'm still waiting.

How fun to possibly see an old friend. I live in the same community where I grew up so I see a lot of my friends. The friends I would like to see are from nursing school.
Maybe that will be a goal to get in touch with them.
    Good luck.
