Max Interval Plyo

Really Shaun T....where do you come up with this stuff?!

Even the warm up is harder.

I made the most of it though. Those full body drills are enough to get top CIA agents to spill though.

I think all the workouts this month are going to be an hour. And if they are all this hard, I can see why Month 2 brings on all the changes. This is serious.

I did it this morning though, bright and early. Even my baby girl was trying to keep up and show me how to do it.

I plan on doing Brazil and some upper body weights tonight. Hopefully.!! :)

    I agree that this morning was tough!!

    I had to scale back some of the jumping though, I have a bum ankle that i'm nursing right now.

    can't wait till tomorrow....right?!?! HAHAHAHA

    Yes, the rest of the workouts are about an hour. I am sure you have experienced first hand how a couple of extra minutes feel like an additional hour. LOL! I have Max Plyo tonight and although it is a killer, I look forward to it.

    Yesterday I survived the Fit Test and Max Interval Circuit. I am telling you that I always feel like I am about to die when I do both of those back-to-back. At least the next time I do the Fit Test it will be the last!

    Big ups to the baby girl for hanging in there. Kill it tonight with your additional workouts. Everyone is not able to throw in extra stuff. Hehe! See, you are machine!
