5 things that will keep me motivated for the Biggest Loser Challenge with the Yellow Team!!
1. Visiting with our team daily
2. Participating in team and ITC challenges
3. Seeing results on the scale- I'd like to not be self conscience in a bathing suit this summer- that hasn't happened since I was about 10, but it's good to dream!
4.Just this year I've started running and have participated in a few events. Having a race to train for and people to race with keep me motivated.
5.Continuing to track my calories in/out!
