Today I ran an errand on the way to water aerobics and found a shorter route by accident. That is good news because it means less driving time!

I did 30 minutes of aqua jogging followed by 60 minutes of water aerobics. On the way home, I stopped at Wal Mart to do some grocery shopping. I got a cart and decided to make it an exercise opportunity. I walked very quickly and went up and down all the isles even if I didn't need an item from that area. After I checked out, I loaded the groceries into the car and stopped by Publix to get 3 items that Wal Mart didn't have. This time I skipped the basket and power walked to the 3 areas to get my items. I think the folks at Publix are used to me speeding along because they look at me but don't say anything to me any more.

I got home and hubby (bless his helping, kind heart!) unloaded the car for me and put things away. I immediately went to the computer to log my exercise and food. (Not that there was much to add to the food tracker because I'm force feeding today due to lack of appetite) I Googled (yes on SP) the best place to buy a kind of packing tape that hubby uses for his business. I discovered that a place near our house carries it so out we went again to get the tape. I don't know what I'd do without the ability to look things up on the computer!!! I can hardly remember the days when computers weren't available.

I'm very satisfied with my activity level for today. The exercise tracker says that I've burned over 1200 calories. That means that I'll sleep well tonight! I love to be active!
