Another weekend is upon us!

Yay for Friday! :) Last night I did my second spin class of the week, man my legs HURT. I saw people there that are always at the Tuesday class, and several of them go to the Sunday class also. While I do like fitness classes, I don't think I would do the same one more than once a week except under circumstances like needing to kick my butt before vacation (like this week). Tonight I am doing kettlebell Tabatas and perhaps some running also, depending on the weather.

Last night it was so so hard to not smoke. I went to my friend Candace's house and they were smoking and I had a glass of wine and a glass of hard cider (LOVE IT). I was thinking about it time and time again, but glad that I did not smoke. I kept reminding myself that I would have to get on here and admit to everyone that I only made it 4 days without smoking and gave in. Can't have that happening! Love the accountability and support of SP.

I don't have a lot going on, trying to plan what me and my man are doing this evening. Perhaps dinner and some patio relaxing listening to blues rock. Sounds pretty sweet. I am just hopeful that the weather becomes decent, this weekend's forecast says it's supposed to be clear and sunny. We shall see.

I hope you all have successful and relaxing weekends, as I plan to!

Congrats on not having a cig. They are always much more enticing when you are drinking. I give you mad props for resiting!

Enjoy your night with your man and I hope the weather stays good for you!

I love hard cider but only "dry" not the "doux" kind...

Good on you not smoking! It *is* hard when people around are doing it but you've got the right mentality, so cool! Go, you!

You're doing Tabatas??!!! I've seen videos of that. IM-PRESS-IVE!
