I already lost a couple of cruise pounds I gained...so I don't think they were actual weight-gain pounds..more like...too much fun pounds..lol. Back to work on Monday...to save up for the next time!
I'm still searching for some interesting exercises to keep me motivated. I don't have room for equipment. My equipment includes resistance bands, a mat that I can roll up an put away, a set of 2-pound dumb bells, a set of 5-pound dumb bells and flexible bands. I'm still using my DVD's I have, Sparkpeople, and Exercise TV (on Demand). Today I'm planning on going for a long walk by myself...no dogs..no hubby. I can go farther and faster on my own. It's going to be a beautiful day for it! We'll walk the dogs later when it's cooler.
My in laws had their pool removed a few weeks ago. I'm stopping there this morning to see it. My father in law is putting his garden there in it's place..it's closer to their house..easier for him to get to. I'll be planting that for him once it's ready. I hope this year is better garden year...last year was a rough year in our area. I love home-grown produce!!!
