SATURDAY 05/22/10

Still blogging, with the Good, the Bad & the Ugly, but blogging.~

Had a not so good Sparking day.

Census this AM and out in the field this afternoon for 2 hours. Completed some more interviews so that is good.

No exercise so to speak except about 180 stairs again today and maybe .75 miles walking from apt to apt. around the complex and back. Could be less?

Definitely overate – again. What is wrong with me. I know what to do and I’m not doing it. It was so EASY last year to stay focused. I’m just not focused and I really need to be. Self talk is happening and I’m working on it.

Let’s make the last 9 days of MAY Super! Sparking! Days~!

    Take it easy on yourself. No one can be perfect all the time - we all have slip ups (both minor & major). Trust me, I have been where you are and I fought through it. You can too!!!

    You will get back on track. Your self talk will get you back and your determination will keep you on your journey. I know from experience that the journey is rough and sometime we leave the middle and start walking close to the edge but this time we won't fall off. You are going to get back to the middle! I know it and you know it. Have a restful Sunday and know I am praying for you.

    Hey, maybe you'll need to eat an entire Domino's medium pizza :) Yes, that was my kick in the pants last Saturday. As you know I've been on track ever since. Today concludes day 7.

    I lost 3 days, too! What is it?? For me I think a little self-sabotage. I am getting close to a couple of milestones. I am also having issues at work and may have to make some hard decisions. But I got back on track with food today (barely) and I will do better tomorrow. Let's do it together!
