Weight Down Today

I am really happy to report that this morning I weighed in at 149.4. I have had a 19 day streak of up and down since I went under 150 on May 5th. I was stressed before and during our trip and I was eating at the high range of my calorie allowance. Also I missed good exercising for 8 days. Also for me stress can make me gain weight no matter what I do. My body gets really stubborn when I am stressed. I didn't binge and I frequently made good food choices when bad ones were in front of me. I did eat some things that I don't normally including potato chips and fried foods but I never let that give me permission to just "eat anything."
So I am home, my routine is re-established, I am exercising well, I am eating on the low end of my calorie range, the stress is gone, and I am now 0.4 pounds down from 5/5. I don't even care that it took 19 days to see a drop.
Even my husband's weight is down. He is not "dieting" but the better I follow my plan the better he does.
This is a good day. In a few minutes I am off to play pickleball. I pray that each of you has a super day.
