P90X - Days 7-9

I'm really enjoying this so far. Yoga X has definitely been my toughest workout. I did make a bit of a substitution last night. I went to a Zumba class instead of doing Cardio X. It was a ton of fun.
I also went to a sports trainer yesterday to get help with my knee. Turns out to just be some very tight IT bands. I'll be doing some strengthening exercises and massage to loosen things up. I think the massage is working already. It felt so much better today than yesterday. This definitely needs to become a habit.
I'm hoping to get in a nice longer run this weekend. It probably won't happen on Saturday, but maybe Sunday or Monday (love the extra day off!). I haven't run more than 2 miles at a time since the half-marathon. I think it's time.
