Day 44 - Insanity

Whoops - Forgot to blog yesterday (Wednesday)
Today is supposed to be for Thursday

Since I'm still a day behind, I decided to skip over the Max Recovery and keep doing the straight workout.

Today was Max Plyo.

This one is probably one of the harder ones, you end up feeling like your legs are 45 pounds a piece and this one always hurts my wrists with the falling and pushing and twisting and all. Suppose something is always going crazy! LOL

I can't quite do all the stuff as fast as they want, but I can keep up with it mostly. i will tell you though...I hate switch kicks!!!

    As long as you are getting the most out of it, you are fine. I like switch kicks, but I am not fond of other moves. We all have our strengths. What is your favorite move? Continue to kill it!

    Hey Girl,I am so proud of you and the emoticon job you are doing with the Insanity workout. I can't wait to hear how you body has changed when you get finished. As for me,I don't know if I will ever do it. First the injury from the workout,the the sinus infection and bronchitis and now a broken toe. I can't wait for this month to be over.
