"Running Wild" Month 1

I used to run so much everyday but one day I just stopped running for over 6 months I didn't run. But I started again today and I can't wait to see where I go from this day forward I plan to run at least 3 days a week. But during this summer I will run for 80 days straight and then when school starts I will run 3 days a week. When I ran this morning it felt amazing I loved it I smiled the whole time cause my body knew it was good for me. I wanted to run 16 blocks but I could only due 8 because I quit on myself for 6 months but I will gradually get back up to 16 blocks.
