My gracious I've fallen off the wagon!

I'm still learning to love this month 2 intensity. Actually, I'm probably just learning to love the warm up.

I really hate switch kicks.

And I totally don't understand that Side to Side Ab thing - I don't feel anything at all...so I just do V sit ups.

The workouts are kicking my a$$ though. In a great way! I think I'm starting to see changes, like major changes!

Memorial Day weekend I had quite a few friends over, most of them commented on my arms and my thighs. (My thighs are purely INSANE...they're huge) My arms definitely have more definition. My friends SAY they can see my Abs changing, but that is still something I can't see.

My friend walked in on my workout Saturday. She said the noises I was making sounded like I was having a 'good' time! LOL - all those grunts and huffs and puffs.

I showed a few friends that night the MAX PLYO. Most of them just turned their heads and walked away!!

I'm still on it though. I'm looking forward to the next 10 days. I'm almost done - I can't wait!

I've been so tired lately, hopefully after recouping this week, I'll be full force again.
