I did not sleep well last night....I ate a Lara bar for my snack and I guess the dates got me hyper, they do have a lot of natural sugar..for those who don't know the Lara Bars are a great bar that has dates and nuts in them...they are so good but high in calories, about 200-210 per bar, but not a lot of additives or junk in them...If you have not tried them before, they are so good and the mens health mag. Recognise's them as the best bar around because they are not full of junk stuff and all natural, the pecan pie is my favorite, the cherry pie is pretty good too.
I sure can go on and on about something....lol
any way I did not fall a sleep until after 2..so I sure was tired this morning and crabby...all day I have been dragging, I got some exercise in but not what I like too....I did manage a walk at lunch but it was not very long, I did some treadmill walking when I got home but once again not real fast or long, and I'm going to call it quits for today, hope I sleep better tonight and have a big day tomorrow..Friday I usually do my regular workout, and then walk the treadmill in the afternoon while watching Dr. Oz.
It's only 6.30pm and I'm having a hot cup of tea then going to sit out on the patio till I can't stay awake any longer...then to bed....I might get in the hot tub for a while if Gary does...I don't like to go alone if I'm really tired.
So lets all have a super Friday, it seems to have come early this week and not complaining.
