Day-Shift Nurse at last

I have finally moved to working Day-Shift. I have worked nights for over 5 years now and it was time for a change. I think keeping a "normal" sleep schedule will help with my weight-loss efforts. I could never get 8 hours of sleep working nights, so this should help. It will also be nice to be home in the evenings with my husband and kids.
As far as my weight loss is concerned, I am pround to say that I have lost 38 pounds so far this year. I am finally starting to see more results. I might even have to go shopping for clothes soon. The most weight I had ever lost before was about 40 pounds, so the I am already wearing the smallest size clothes that I own. It's a great feeling!!
