I chose to re-do week 7 because I really enjoyed it and it made me stop to make time for myself and my health. With the hustle and bustle of life, being Wives, Moms, friends, sisters, aunts, daughters, co-workers, (and the list goes on) we spend so much time focusing on everyone elses well beings that we forget to take care of ourselves. Remembering that we need to slow down sometimes and inspect the temples we call bodies and take time out to wind down at the end of a long day is so important if we want to be around to cultivate those relationships we hold so dear to us.

WEEK SEVEN: THE INSPECTION
1. READ SPARK ARTICLE ONE (5 POINTS): 5

4. PRE-BEDTIME RITUAL COMPLETED (5 POINTS FOR EACH NIGHT): 35
5. YOGA POSE PERFORMED (5 POINTS FOR EACH DAY): 25
6: BSE COMPLETED (36 POINTS): 36
7: ENCOURAGED A DIVA/GOOD FRIEND TO DO A BSE (20 POINTS): 20

GRAND TOTAL WEEK SEVEN: 131
