I'm having a rough time. I feel very fat today and not sure why, I'm just down and not sure what to do about it,

    Could just be water weight, no need to fret. Also, if you ate a meal high in carbs that might have something to do with feeling "fat." Drink water. It not only keeps you hydrated, but also helps flush some of the "extra" fluid out of your system.

    dear kitt - keep after it! you've come so far! bad days are normal - how else would you know if you'd had a good day. be kind to yourself and keep your spirits up. tomorrow is a new day with many opportunities to do things that are good for you. good luck!
