Hello sparkers!

Wow, I havent been really active on here since Vegas a couple weeks ago. Well, here's whats been up:

Week after Vegas I did mild exercise and tried to eat decently, but it didn't go as well as planned. I was focused on moving and cleaning the old place, and getting school work done for that week and last week

last week I went to Bonnaroo. Had an amazing time! Filled with beer and greasy carny food, and amazing music. It was freaking HOT! When it is too hot to drink during the day, there is something wrong. :) Totally worth it for the adventure, just suggesting that next year we find a festival either in another part of the country or another part of the year... I am slightly sun burned, and i killed my phone. The upside? we walked more than i did in vegas even.

so last night i stepped on the scale... i'm only up 1.5 pounds in the last few weeks. from my point of view that isnt bad at all. with two five day vacations in there, i can't say i am disappointed. plus, i weighed at the end of the day with clothes on and all. :)

I am returning to my normal rigorous workout schedule this week, as well as doing a cleanse (i feel gross from all of the, well, gross food. it was amazing at the time though!). then next week i am starting a 12 week program i found in a FitnessRX magazine that I really like. I am wondering if I will have lost strength from not having a normal ST routine in a few weeks? We shall see.

Soooo glad to be back home and get back into the swing of things and lose these last 10 pounds. :)
