Happy Hump Day!
I finally finally got back into the gym yesterday. I did 30/60s for 45 minutes. It is 5 minutes less than I generally do, but my feet are majorly sore from all the walking at the festival. It felt great to break a nice sweat that wasn't from humidity! It was also nice that my boyfriend is back in the gym with me, I love watching him get all worked out too. :]
We went out to a pretty nice restraunt for dinner last night as a celebration for our IG inspection going great at work. I am sooooo glad it is over. Preparing for inspections is miserable and redundant work, now we have a couple years until another big one. Thankfully, I was so stressed out I was crying Monday, I just couldn't help it.
I had an awesome seafood medley for dinner, with a no-jito (a mojito made with wine- really good). I wasn't much concerned about going over my calories as I ate a really small portion as usual, and I knew shrimp/salmon/scallops are some of the better meats to have in a medley. Then when I got home I realized I had only had about 400 calories for the day beforehand. Yikes. I am going to HAVE to go grocery shopping this weekend and get my health food stash back up to capacity so that I can get back into eating several small meals again. Cannot wait to cook a good dinner! Cannot wait to move to our new place so we have a functional kitchen (Bruce's has one SMALL counter-seriously..).
This morning I did incline intervals on the treadmill for 30 minutes, but I plan on going for a good run, and doing some lifting this afternoon, after I find my MP3 player again... I cannot bring myself to do a 50 minute jog without music, I just can't.
I hope your weeks are going great, I am in an amazing mood and glad to have a half day today, woot woot.
