Grocery Challenges...

So right now I have this dilemma. I by no means buy junk food - my boyfriend does... however I buy super healthy stuff for myself - spinach leaves for salad, all the fixings, and tons of fruit... now the kids wanna dive into my healthy food stock! I'm coming across as very selfish and its not that I don't applaud the kiddos wanting to eat healthy stuff, but I guess I need some tips...

I need a healthy, simple diet to stick too that doesn't change very much week to week (coz I cannot keep up with complicating meal plans that change every day or even week) and I need some cheap healthy snacks to give the kids when they try to steal mine...

I posted my dilemma on a board, so I hope I get some good tips. I am all for the kids eating healthy, that's fantastic... I just need to put myself first right now coz they are not overweight from just having a baby... I AM!

Do I sound like a total bitch or what?... UG.... HELP!
