Again, this time it's serious

Exercising is not about losing weight any more, although I hope to in the process. I am now in a lot of pain. It hurts to walk, stand, move...everything. I know it's from the weight. I don't think my frame can handle all this weight and I'm depressed about my weight which adds to the physical pain. Tomorrow starts my journey.....again

    You could be right that part of your pain is caused from the added weight, but you know in your mind, you have control over that! You can change that, therfore taking away the physical pain. So even though you might have to endure for a while, keep in mind, you are off to a healthier you! We are here to support you every step of the way! emoticon emoticon
