6 Week Chisel Challenge

Usually, when I start a challenge, I come in with full details of what I'll be doing and how I'll be working out and eating to accomplish my goals.

Not this time. It's plain and simple. I'm leaving in 8 weeks to go on a 5 day cruise and weekend in Miami.

I HAVE to lose at least 20lbs before I go. There's nothing to it.

I'll be going to the gym at least 4 days a week and setting up my daily meal plans at the beginning of the week. I'll also be doing evening walks on the days I can't get to the gym (for whatever reason)

I can't be walking around Nassau, Bahamas and South Beach, Miami in my current state. I can't and I won't. I've already bought some outfits I'd like to wear and this weight is not stopping me from wearing them.
