Small hiccup

I can't get my insurance company to pay for the imuran. The diagnosis I have isn't considered a usual use of that drug- figures. So I'm on a delay & still on the high dose steroids. Eventually it will get straightened out I guess. I think it will depend on how good this doctor's staff is at wheeling/dealing with insurance companies. LOL

Still - a real bummer.

It was supposed to be 102 today, but fortunetly it never got that hot. Our poor trees & grass & shrubs are all looking so thirsty. And the undergrowth in the woods looks an awful lot like kindling - that makes me so nervous!

We have completely finished outfitting the deck. We have a 2 person glider, a round glass-top table w/retractable umbrella & 4 chairs, and a chaise lounge. The 3 items don't EXACTLY match as they were all purchased at different times & locations (we've had the table & chairs for quite a few years), but you'd really have to stare to notice. Between the furniture & tons of planters filled with flowers it looks deceptively lush & cool emoticon Will post photos soon. I'm hopeful that by the time we have cool, dry weather again I'll be feeling lots better & we can have a big bash - lots of grilled veggies, seafood, pitchers of homemade sangria with tons of fruit bobbing around mmmm!!!

emoticon Can I put you down as an RSVP for 1 or 2!?
