Today I decided to take a quick run in while my dinner simmered, plugged in my mixes and took off to wherever. Before I knew it, my cardio trainer ap on my Google phone was telling me it was time to come home--at the half-way point--and I was turning back to bubbling onions, rice, peppers and beans.
When I got home and did the calculations I fell on the floor. I had run almost 3.6 miles in 20 minutes. I have no idea where I got the ability to do a 6 minute mile like that, but it came from somewhere. Maybe its help from things like DJ Bravehound's mixes ("Faster Still" is below) which find their home in my phone, and help set the pace for my running...
However, maybe it just comes from me. Wherever you're at, don't sell yourself short--just get out there and get done what you want to get done, and you may do it better than you ever thought.
