What a lot of calories

So looking at the food I am eating, it is no wonder that I have gained weight. I eat just as much as my husband, who is taller than me, and more active, but also over weight. When I haven been entering in the foods I eat, I notice, that I am eating a lot of fatty foods, and a lot of big portions. What am I teaching my kids? I need to cut this down, so that is what I am doing. Step one of my new weight lose plan is to watch what I eat, and cut back on the bad food, so I can make room for, and bring in the good healthy foods. I know I can do this, I just need to get it done, and do it.
