Wednesday... Needing to get over the Hump

Hello everyone :]
This morning I could not drag myself out of bed at 5 am, even though I was asleep easily around 9. My boyfriend kept telling me that if I fell asleep before 9 he was going to stick random objects up my nose, so I stayed up as late as I could. Woke up with a clear nose, so I am thinking I made it to 9. :] Still woke up tired, and tried to fall asleep on the way to work. Cannot wait to start riding with Bruce again next week!
I'm planning on hitting up the gym this afternoon post work. I want to hit cardio really hard, because it felt amazing last night to sweat all the frustrations out. I love lifting, and feeling my muscles become stronger, but while my emotions are all up and down, I think I just need the endorphines from cardio. I do great getting 5 work outs in a week, but if I am doing that and still not in a very positive mood it is telling me I need to do something differently.
I took some new "starting pictures" yesterday to keep myself motivated and focused. I never took them at the beginning of any other program, so I am excited to see what differences it makes. Get that drive back that I had up through May.
