this darn leg...and coupon woes

Tuesday, July 13, 2010

ok, so its been 12 days since my surgery and i go back to the surgeon tomorrow for a follow up, and i have a few words for him...when is my leg going to feel better dude?!?!....i have been in pain today, my mom says its because its been wet and rainy today and i was sitting outside early today while it rained.
but i had to take pain meds today, twice, i had been cutting way back on them, and when i go back to the doc tomorrow i am going to ask about physical therapy and i just hope it doesnt hurt when they start it cuz i might kick like a mule with my good leg...
i have a question, does anyone in here use internet coupons? and if so, at walmart???
i tried using a coupon there the other day and the guy didnt even look at it to see the amount or where it came from, he just said, we dont take internet coupons, and didnt listen to me when i asked why, just shrugged.
so, does anyone use them and if so, where??? and should i try again at walmart with a different cashier or even a manager???

Hope you have a good Dr. meeting. Remember it takes time. I am on the 7 week mark after my surgery and I still have daily pain and muscle soreness. I just have to realize it takes time for the body to heal. You will get there!

Most places have stopped taking internet coupons. 2 big reasons are that they are sometimes hard to scan or read, and depending on the site, people can print out how ever many they want as often as they want. I used to use internet coupons all the time until they were no longer excepted at stores. Makes me wonder why these sites still bother with making them.
