P90X

Borrowed my buddies copy of P90X and am giving it a try. Yesterday I did shoulders & back, but I don't have a pull up bar or resistance bands, so I pretty much only did push-ups. Made it about 25 minutes in.
Today was Polymetrics and this one killed me. Only made it 6 minutes in but I'm blaming some of that on the serious low air quality out there today.
Feel pretty confident today. Glad I got myself up early to work out (or at least attempt ;]). We'll see how tomorrow goes.
