Devastation in my community, please read...

As some of you may know, I live in Pike Co, Ky, and my area was hit hard over the weekend by flooding.
You may have seen it on the local tv stations if you live in this area, or if you dont, you may have seen it on Cnn or Fox and I think the early tv news might have shown some of it, literally hundreds, possibly thousands of ppl lost everything, their homes, their cars, their shoes off of their feet, they cant get inside the homes, which alot were mobile homes washed off of their foundations and flipped over...
At least 2 deaths have been reported so far, and several people are reported missing.
It has been declared a disaster area by the governor and hopefully, by the President soon, so we can begin to get some federal aid.
I was spared, the area of the county where I live was pretty well untouched, save for a few rock slides and muddy yards.
But, less than 10 miles from me, people lost thier homes, cars flipped upside down and washed away into creeks.
You can find this story on www.wymt.com....just look for the links to flooding in Pike Co, Ky.
please keep these families in your thoughts today and if you are a charitable person and are looking to help someone, you might go to tides of hope website, I was told they had set up a fund to help the people of this area.
