Change of Strategy

I have just completed the 12 week BLC13 session and loved it. I lost 11 lbs and many inches from my bust, waist, hips and thighs. I didn't make my goal of losing 12 lbs and exercising for 60 minutes every day for 6 days a week. But I did exercise every day except one day a week for a minimum of 20 minutes a day. My 12 week exercise streak was 3762 minutes and I am very proud of myself for that.
Now it's on to the summer camp and I can't wait for that to start, although I am going with a different strategy. I have been struggling with a plateau for about 4 weeks now and need to kick up the intensity of my exercise. I want to set a goal that I can realize and maintain so my strategy will be to exercise for 60 or more minutes each time for 4 days a week, with 20 minutes strength training in between. If I don't see this plateau break after a couple of weeks then I will re-evaluate again.
I have made some great friends this last 12 weeks and look forward to making more at summer camp.
