Heading to the gym to get the STEPS in~

Today is DAY ONE of adding exercise into my healthy journey. I am not a stranger to the gym. Prior to a foot injury a few years ago, the gym and I were old friends. It was an opportunity to leave the Cube World, and see new sights, get the blood flowing, and invigorate.

So today I head back to reignite with my friend. I am really just working on making it a habit - not learning to marathon (yet). So I will walk slow on the treadmill and test my "sea" legs.

Today is DAY ONE!

    So, how'd it go???

    When I started in on my gym routine, I did about 15 mins a day walking on the treadmill. Warning: It becomes addicting.

    Good for you!, I used the cycle today, to hot to walk , but maybe tonight, I like outside better then treadmill. Good luck and remember us sparkies are here for you! emoticon
