Heading to the gym to get the STEPS in~

Today is DAY ONE of adding exercise into my healthy journey. I am not a stranger to the gym. Prior to a foot injury a few years ago, the gym and I were old friends. It was an opportunity to leave the Cube World, and see new sights, get the blood flowing, and invigorate.
So today I head back to reignite with my friend. I am really just working on making it a habit - not learning to marathon (yet). So I will walk slow on the treadmill and test my "sea" legs.
Today is DAY ONE!
