Back on Track in August!

Soooo....I've been bad...very, VERY bad for the past couple of weeks. My eating has gotten out of control and my exercise has become nothing compared to what I was doing. I've been walking alot still, yes...but I've all but given up on my ea active 30 Day Challenge (17 workouts in...yep only 3 to go and I gave up). I used to run 3/4 times a week but it got too hot. I was doing Jillian's 30DS but I got too bored. I have about 40 workout DVDs plus a wii with all the sports/exercise games you could imagine. So what is my problem????
Well.???? I'm waiting for an answer, cuz I surely don't have one.
So this is how it's going to be. For the month of August I am going to attempt to track all my food (whether I like it or not) maybe this will be a wakeup call...I will get back to exercising 6-7 days a week..and I will get rid of the diet pop kick I've been back on, and back to drinking my 8-10 glasses of water a day. I LOVE water, so why have I stopped drinking it???
But I've been there before...and I know this is how it starts....oh it's only a week, oh it's only 2 pounds....it's only one workout missed...and then it snowballs into 40 pounds gained back.
NOT THIS TIME!!! I am jumping back on that wagon...and I am taking off...and leaving at least 8 of those pounds behind (and not on MY BEHIND lol)....I will be motivated by the friends on this site and I will try to help to motivate others into reaching their goals....this month, I WILL get back on track...I WILL be good to my body...I WILL lose those 8 pounds.
And when I do...I will reward myself with a new heart rate monitor...I have been wanting one forever and just couldn't justify the purchase....but this time, it will be worth every penny if I can just get back on track!
