Day Three On Track

Moving into day three...11:22 a.m. and I'm still on track. Tracked my breakfast and what I have planned for dinner, so my lunch options are a bit limited, but at least I know what my limit should be. Got a great work-out in today, and extra 15 minutes for a total of 75 on the elliptical. Hoping the resolve stays intact emoticon
