Fat Smash Day 4 of 9: I ROCKED IT TODAY!!

Today was awesome so far. I got my workout in this morning and burned close to 500 calories!
It was so nice to have air conditioning again!

Today's breakfast was some Steel Cut Oats I cooked earlier this week in my rice cooker with apples and cinnamon, and drizzled with honey, along with two hard boiled eggs. Technically the yolks are not allowed on the Fat Smash Detox but i only took in 9 grams of fat yesterday total so I didn't want to go that low again today.

I also had a cup of Yogi Tea's Blueberry Green Tea with a packet of Truvia in it.

Morning Snack was a serving of Strawberry Activia light with some Strawberries and ONE lonely blueberry on top. It was DELICIOUS!

Lunch was a salad with a bowl of lentil soup which I forgot to take a photo of because I was so hungry! LOL.

Afternoon snack will be some Watermelon.

Dinner tonight will be a big salad with some grilled portobello mushrooms on top and some more fruit and yogurt.

As day 4 draws to a close I'm feeling pretty good about my progress. I've dropped nearly 9 pounds in less than two weeks since starting back on Sparkpeople.

I have to say I'm really looking forward to this 9 days being over because I REALLY want to eat some Chicken breast again. I've been coming up fairly low on fat and protein this week with my stats and I want to remedy that. I could eat this way forever pretty much except for the no meat part. So when the 9 days are up I'll probably stick to this plan for the most part but I'll add lean meats back in and occasional bread.

I have to say I'm feeling pretty fabulous though and looking forward to see what comes of the full 9 days!!
