happy Healthy New Year

I've decided not to make a weight loss goal as long as I keep loosing. My goals for the new year are to exercise longer. I add 2 more days of cardio. I want to walk further too. I was walking 9 miles a week and now I'm going to build up to 11 miles a week. I'm going to get out more join a group. Try and give more to the community. I've been thinking about joining the human rights community for people will mental illness.
I think if I get out more and meet more people it will help me in reaching my weight loss goals in 2008.
I want to wish everyone a Happy and Healthy Nwe Year. Together we can do this.
