August Goals

wt loss goal:: 8 pounds..2 pounds a week
fitness goal: daily cardio...at least 20 (on my 12 hour workdays) and st training 3 x a week.
healthy change goal: journal all my food and work on eating less junk

My rewards: not sure...just looking to feel healthier!

    Great plan I agree wish could set goals like that and accomplish them but am scared if do not make the goal
