Week 18: Detailed exercise log

This week my goal is 400+ minutes and 20 or more miles...and I am striving to do an aerobic workout 2x/day, at least 4 days this week. I also plan on trying out a Zumba class this week! I am also going to be starting my next phase of P90X this week.
This is the first week back from 5 weeks of pretty much falling off the wagon BIG TIME. I'm jumping back on and holding on for dear life...hope I can hold on tight enough...my emotional state is not quite where it should be, or where I want it to be, but I just can't keep waiting, so I am going to try and force myself to get back on! I'm trying to stay positive and believe that this is going to work, but in the past, if I'm not feeling ready, I am just not able to be successful. But, with being bipolar, if I wait, that could mean months, and I can't afford to wait that long, so I am going to make my best effort and take this one day at a time!
